The workshop covers the practical applications of Cardiac MRI, including basic MRI principles, cardiac anatomy, late gadolinium enhancement, stress imaging, vascular imaging, case interpretations and troubleshooting image acquisitions. This program emphasizes the development of practical skills and knowledge, therefore it is limited to small groups in order to better facilitate lectures and hands-on experiences. Designed for cardiologists, radiologists and technologists interested in gaining exposure to CMR, attendees can expect to review up to 50 clinical CMR cases during the workshop.

CMR Level 1 Workshop 2017
June 9-10, 2017
This course is organized by National Heart Centre Singapore and will feature up interactive case readings over the 2 day program.
1. To understand the basic principles of MRI physics and sequences commonly used in cardiovascular magnetic resonance (CMR)
2. Be familiar with the indications and applications of CMR
3. Be able to recognize common artefacts associated with CMR
4. Develop an approach in interpreting and reporting CMR
St Bartholomew's Hospital
June 23, 2017 to June 24, 2017
West Smithfield, London
This is a two day course and workshop for radiographers who do Cardiac MRI and wish to extend their knowledge. This course covers the practical aspect of performing a CMR with sessions covering relevant physics, cardiac anatomy, protocols and how to scan various common pathologies. We will cover ECGs, and image optimisation. We will have renowned experts in the field talk about new techniques.
Kuala Lumpur International Cardiac MRI Teaching Course and Workshop
This 2 day teaching course is designed to enhance clinical practice skills by providing intense training in interpreting cardiac MRI examinations under the supervision of international and local teaching faculties. Lectures will cover basic MRI physics, MRI safety as well as CMR scanning protocols for common cardiac conditions. Mentored review sessions allow course attendees to manipulate approximately 50 teaching cases on notebook workstations and highlight imaging guidance on management, covering aspects of viability, perfusion, cardiomyopathy, as well as valvular heart disease and congenital heart disease.
Certificate of Proficiency
Attendees will be awarded a Certificate of Proficiency that includes the mentored number of cases reviewed, for use in credentialing which can contribute to the case requirements of Clinical competence in CMR specified by the ACFC/AHA/SCMR. Together with evidence of 1 month clinical exposure of CMR, attendees can submit application to SCMR for Level 1 accreditation.
Malaysia Cardiac MRI Course (Level 1 Accreditation)
The course is organised by the Greek College of Clinical Applications of CMR "CARDIOTOMI" and will be accredited by EBAC (accreditation process on the way).
