Brief description of research programme:
Part of the Barts Heart Centre and UCL group of researchers, we explore a broad range of topics from new technologies (ECGi, radar based approaches), new sequences (perfusion mapping, DTI, novel mapping techniques), rapid imaging, AI approaches, epidemiology (aging, population variation), and specific diseases and scenarios (bariatric surgery, iron overload, HCM, valve disease, cardio-oncology). PIs using the site include Prof James Moon, Prof Charlotte Manisty, Dr Gaby Captur, Dr Tom Treibel, Dr Anish Bhuva.
