Request for SCMR Endorsement of Educational Programs

Activities eligible for endorsement:

  • Has a SCMR member in good standing either as planner or on faculty
  • Has a recognized faculty and diverse subject matter
  • Has defined learning objectives for overall course and specific sessions
  • Not in conflict with the timing or geographic location of the SCMR Annual Scientific Sessions or other activities in which SCMR has a vested interest
  • Has a significant portion of the program dedicated to CMR
  • Level I Track B courses that are confirmed to meet the SCMR criteria

Standard Endorsement Package, GDP Pricing

Benefits

  • Recognition in monthly digital SCMR Newsletter the month prior to your meeting with an advertisement image (NEW)
  • SCMR logo usage on promotional and event materials
  • Recognition and listing on endorsement page within SCMR website

Pricing

  • SCMR offers GDP pricing for standard course endorsement based on the host country for the event. Please verify your tier here. GDP fees are structured below:
    • High Income – $1,500
    • Upper Middle Income – $1,000
    • Lower Middle Income – $500
    • Low Income – $0
  • Discounts are available for repeat courses offered within a calendar year. (Please note: discounts will not be extended past current calendar year.)
    • Second course – 50% discount of GDP price above
    • Third course and beyond – 100% discount

Enhanced Endorsement Package, $5,000

  • Recognition in monthly digital SCMR Newsletter the month prior to your meeting with an advertisement image and 100-word description (NEW)
  • One feature within SCMR’s social media platform -Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook (NEW)
  • SCMR logo usage on promotional and event materials
  • One banner ad on endorsement page within SCMR website for a one month period (NEW)

Note: Recurrent or annual educational events must seek endorsement each time the program is organized; no ongoing endorsement is issued by SCMR.

Guidelines for use of "Endorsed by SCMR" Logo

  • The SCMR logo may only be used for a single activity that has applied for endorsement and been approved. 
    Recurrent or annual educational events must seek endorsement each time the program is organized; no ongoing endorsement is issued by SCMR.
  • The SCMR logo may only be used when referring to the specific course that has been evaluated and approved for endorsement.
  • The provided SCMR endorsement logo must be used in its proper format, shape, and color. (i.e., no distortion of the logo is permitted)

If requested by SCMR, organizers must agree:

  • To display SCMR materials at the course site (online and/or in person)
  • To donate a complimentary registration (1/100 expected attendees for a maximum of two free registrations) for SCMR to distribute to a fellow/technologist of SCMR’s choosing. 

Approval Process to obtain endorsement:

  • The process can take 10 to 12 weeks, therefore endorsement requests should be made well in advance of the event. This will allow for timely approval and recognition of your program.
  • Submit the form below with a faculty list and syllabus. Incomplete submissions will cause a delay in approving and recognizing your program.
  • Endorsement is at the discretion of SCMR. If your program is not approved for endorsement, the submission fee will be refunded.
