The Master of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (MSCMR) credential is awarded to individuals who have a track record of distinguished service to the Society and have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in multiple domains including scientific, educational, clinical, or advocacy. Members who fulfil published criteria can be nominated by the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee. Awards are made once a year and given out at the Annual Scientific Sessions.
SCMR Early Career Awards
SCMR Early Career Awards recognize exemplary contribution in advancing the field of CMR in the three areas clinical, translational, and basic science. Candidates need to submit an abstract in one of the three categories to the SCMR Annual Scientific Session (clinical, translation, basic science) and apply for this award during the submission process. Finalists for the awards will be determined based on abstract peer review and overseen by SCMR Abstract Chair. Judges will rank candidates based on the scientific presentations at the SCMR Annual Scientific Sessions to identify winners. Awards are made once a year and presented at the SCMR Annual Scientific Sessions.
