These templates are designed and created by the SCMR Leadership Academy Class of 2024, in collaboration with the Clinical Practice Committee, to provide a structured framework for reporting cardiac MRI studies, based on the SCMR Reporting Guidelines JCMR 2022 Apr 28;24(1):29 and JCMR 2024; 26(2):101062.
